General Info

Located in Japan, 〒108-0023 Tokyo, Minato City, Shibaura, 3 Chome−8−1 1F, Cafe Bonsalute is the kind of neighborhood cafe that quietly wins you over the moment you step inside. It has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that feels perfect for both locals and travelers exploring the Minato area. The cafe’s layout is comfortable and casual, making it a pleasant stop whether you are starting your morning or taking a slow brunch break during a busy day in Tokyo.

One of the first things visitors often notice is how convenient the cafe is for travelers. Cafe Bonsalute provides Wi-Fi, which makes it easy to check maps, share photos, or simply catch up on messages while enjoying a meal. The presence of a restroom also adds to the comfort, especially for tourists spending a full day exploring the city. Because of this thoughtful setup, it’s common to see both locals and visitors relaxing here with coffee, laptops, or guidebooks spread across the table.

Breakfast and brunch are where this cafe really shines. The menu is simple yet satisfying, focusing on fresh and balanced options that feel light but flavorful. Among the highlights, the グリーン サラダ (Green Salad) stands out as a refreshing signature dish. The salad is crisp, vibrant, and well-balanced, with fresh greens that bring a natural brightness to the plate. It pairs nicely with a warm drink in the morning or alongside other brunch selections. What makes it memorable is its simplicity-the ingredients taste clean and fresh, which is exactly what many guests look for when starting their day.

During my visit, the overall dining experience felt smooth and unhurried. The service style matches the calm atmosphere of the cafe. People come in for a quiet breakfast, casual brunch meetings, or simply a relaxing moment between sightseeing stops. Because of its location in Shibaura, the cafe is also easy to reach from nearby areas, making it a convenient choice when searching for a comfortable cafe stop in Minato City.

The vibe inside Cafe Bonsalute leans toward cozy and practical rather than flashy. Tables are spaced comfortably, and the environment encourages guests to stay awhile. You’ll often see travelers taking advantage of the Wi-Fi while enjoying their food, while others quietly chat over brunch. Reviews from visitors frequently mention how easy it is to settle in and relax here.

Overall, Cafe Bonsalute feels like a reliable cafe for a calm start to the day. With its welcoming environment, tourist-friendly amenities, and fresh menu options like the グリーン サラダ, it naturally fits into the daily rhythm of both locals and visitors exploring Tokyo’s Minato neighborhood.

What customers say?

“ I feel (as a non-guest) the price of this buffet should be a little bit less. This buffet doesn't have a huge selection of items and the space seems quite limited, but the quality of the food seems pretty consistent and there is quite a selection of items considering how small the the buffet area actually is. ”

“ December 6, 2025 I was originally planning to go to a place where the breakfast buffet was currently only available to guests, so I looked it up on Google Maps and decided to stop by. It was 2,600 yen (tax included) for two hours without a reservation. For guests, it was 1,980 yen (tax included). It was more expensive than I had planned, but I was so curious I paid the bill (oops, I forgot to get a receipt, lol). I had to go back to the front desk after I finished my meal to get the receipt. Apparently it takes a while to get it. They had a lot of unusual vegetables, and I particularly liked the fresh kale and colorful tomatoes. They also had a wide selection of drinks, and I added green juice to the Almond Effect. I wasn't able to try everything, but it was delicious. Thank you for the meal. I can't get the receipt, so please discard it. (I'll leave it here.) ”

“ There are many homemade and stylish menu items, and the breakfast buffet is highly rated! The salad dressings and oils are also plentiful and stylish. This is one of the few hotels I would stay at just for the breakfast. ”

“ This is the breakfast venue at Hotel Gracery Tamachi. You can enjoy a variety of buffet dishes in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. It is a Japanese and Western buffet, but what's great is that it has a wide selection of Japanese dishes that are perfect for breakfast. You can also enjoy desserts on the terrace. ”

- KURA眞一 -

“ There were a lot of homemade dishes. I didn't know they even make whole grain mustard! The kasu toard pudding was a novelty! I also love that you can take your drinks home in a takeout cup. The jam and coffee jelly were delicious. (*´ω`*) I don't usually eat things like chicory salad. The chicken dish (I forgot the name) and the tofu-like dried tofu were also delicious. I'll definitely be back. ”

“ I stayed here while taking an exam. Breakfast was served in my room, with a choice of Japanese or Western food. The photo shows the Japanese food. Although not shown in the photo, hot coffee was also included. The windows are small, but the hotel is compact and comfortable. It's easy to find from Tamachi Station. There are plenty of convenience stores. There's a Life supermarket. For dinner, it's a good idea to either get takeout or eat near the station. ”

“ I used this place without staying overnight. The staff were very kind. ^_^ I was very satisfied with the wonderful breakfast. I will definitely use this place again. ”

“ It's small, but you can feel the attention to detail. The staff are very energetic. ”
